Floor restoration service we offer and what they entail:
Grinding – To remove deep scratches, stains, crystallizers, polyurethanes. This process is done mechnically with diamond abrasive pads and water that creates very little to no dust.
De-lippage & Flattening: This process is usually recommended when the stone was was installed incorrectly. Lippage is the term given to uneven tiles that are set higher than one another.
Honing - To remove minor lippage, scratches & wear from everyday foot traffic. This process is also done mechanically with a floor machine with diamond abrasive pads and water that creates no dust.
Polishing – To give terrazzo or natural stone the sheen you want, enhance veining in marble or aggregates marble chips in terrazzo floors.
Sealing – To protect and preserve your investment.
Color Enhancing - To enhance or enrich the beauty of your stone.
Stripping – To remove coatings that block or inhibits terrazzo or natural stone's ability to breathe which causes discoloration & damage. Some examples of common coatings are: waxes, acrylics, sealants... etc.
Grout Cleaning and Sealing - Dirt loves grout joints. Brushes cannot penetrate into the pores to get all of the contaminants out. We use a system to clean your grout to like new and then we seal it to facilitate easier maintenance for the long run.
Repairs - Terrazzo, travertine, marble, granite surfaces that has been cracked, chipped, scratched.
Consulting & Training - In the preservation and restoration in terrazzo & natural stone.
